My throat's been making this strange cracking sound whenever I hold it and move it a bit to the side. I've also been dealing with some acidity issues that sometimes lead to heavy vomiting. It feels like there's a bone-like blockage in my throat, and when I vomit like this, it sometimes causes bleeding in my throat. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on with me?
