I think an insect might have crawled into my ear and possibly died in there. It's really freaking me outdo you have any advice on how to safely get it out?

I've had right vocal cord palsy for the last 3 months and my voice is still hoarse. What would be better for me surgery or voice therapy? I'm really worried about which option might work best
Talk to your provider if you have a condition or illness that increases your risk of vocal cord paralysis. These can include multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's, or recent chest or neck surgery. Voice therapy may prevent your condition from worsening and improve your vocal cord function.

Ive noticed that my nose bone is a bit bent to the left, and its making it hard for me to breathe easily. Could you give me some advice or suggestions on what I can do about this?
