I took the first Mifepristone tablet from a Mefigest kit but ended up vomiting about 3 to 3.15 hours later. Do I need to take another dose of Mifepristone, or should I purchase a new Mefigest kit?

I've got these blisters on one of the lips of my vagina, and it's super painful. I've been experiencing some burning and itchiness too. I always have protected sex, but about a few weeks ago, I did receive oral sex. Should I be worried about this? What could it be?

Blisters on one lip of your vagina along with pain and itching could be indicative of genital herpes. Since you mentioned receiving oral sex a few weeks ago, it is possible that you have contracted herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) genitally. I recommend taking antiviral medication such as Acyclovir (400mg three times a day) or Valacyclovir (1 gram twice a day) to help manage the symptoms and reduce the duration of the outbreak. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry, wearing loose cotton underwear, and avoiding sexual contact until the blisters have healed can help in the healing process.
