I'm really concerned about my episiotomyit still causes me pain, even though it's been three years since I gave birth. Episiotomy incision involves the wall of the vagina. Generally, the wall of the vagina is strong, but post surgical intervention, it may weaken. It is important to maintain vaginal wall muscle strength through Kegel's Exercises. Do these everyday to improve muscle strength. If the pain persists, please visit a gynecologist for further evaluation.
