I took an I pill twice at the end of December with a gap of 5 days. After that, I had withdrawal bleeding in the first week of January, which lasted only 5 days like normal periods. In the last week of February, I had periods again, but they were very light, not like normal periods. Now it has been 10 days and I am still having very light bleeding. Is it normal to have this type of irregular period? I did a pregnancy test and it was negative.

Taking the iPill twice in one cycle can disturb your hormonal balance. Withdrawal bleeding in January was expected after iPill this is not your actual period. In February, light or prolonged spotting is due to hormone fluctuations from the pills. Your negative pregnancy test is reassuring.

I had unprotected intercourse on 17th November, which was my last day of fertile window, and after 7 hours I took an i pill. My period was due on 25th November but I did not get my period and I got some discharge mixed with brown blood on 26th and 27th November. I am feeling menstrual symptoms but not getting my period. Hi, I am 22 years old and unmarried. I had unprotected anal sex once and took Unwanted 72. That month, I had spotting first and then got my period. The next month, I had protected intercourse using a condom, and the next day I got my period. Now, I have not gotten my period. I had very light dark brown spotting. Is there any risk of pregnancy? My last month periods were around 23rd and today is 25th. My periods are late. I had sex at the beginning of the month and on 12th July. I just did a pregnancy test, but it is negative. Can someone tell me why my periods are late or should I confirm with a doctor if I am pregnant or not?
