I took a thyroid test for the first time. My results are: T3: 120 T4: 9.2 TSH: 4.16 The report comments mention suggesting thyronormalcy. Are these values within the normal range? If not, what treatment or steps should I consider? I have attached my report for reference.

Values are within normal range, thyronormalcy means thyroid function is normal. No treatment needed unless symptoms present.

View allI am 28 years old. Over the past few months, I have been losing weight steadily, and my skin has become darker. I also have minor sinus issues but no major medical conditions. My parents both have diabetes, so I recently got tested, but my blood sugar levels were normal. I work in IT with a stressful night shift schedule. Please suggest how I can gain weight and maintain healthy skin. I have never had any skin allergies in the past.

Hi sir, I have been undergoing treatment for MDR TB and have been regularly taking all prescribed medications as per my doctor instructions. These include Monopas, Ethio 250, Mycotuf C 250 mg, Levofloxacin, Benadon, Sompraz D, and Clotas EH. My recent chest X ray report shows that the left hilar shadow appears prominent. However, my blood test results are mostly normal, except for an elevated TSH level of 7.080, for which I take one tablet of Thyrox 100 daily. Please let me know what the prominent hilar shadow on the chest X ray might indicate and what steps should be taken next.
