I used clove oil directly on my tooth to help with some pain, but it was a lot and undiluted, so my mouth started burning really badly, though it stopped after a while. I ended up swallowing some of it too. Is that okay?

The first four teeth in my upper jaw that show when I smile seem too big for me. They're not sticking out and are actually well-aligned, but they measure 10mm in length and 7mm in width. I'm not sure if I'm overthinking it, but it really affects my confidence I avoid open-mouth smiles and just do closed-lip ones instead. Is there a way to fix this? Can the length be trimmed down a bit, or would I need surgery to remove them and replace them with smaller artificial teeth?
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

I noticed a white lump on the inside of my cheek near my teeth this month after accidentally biting that spot last month. It seems to be growing, but I don't use tobacco or drink. Could this be mouth cancer? Is there any way to treat it naturally or without surgery? I'm really worried about this.
A white lump inside your cheek could be several things, including a benign condition like a bump caused by irritation, or potentially oral cancer, While some growths are benign and can be treated with topical or non-surgical options, others may require more aggressive treatment.
