I usually feel discomfort with pain like the touch of a needle in my anus throughout the day and night. Sometimes my stomach is painful and foods are not digested easily. I feel gas in my stomach. At night I feel a burning sensation and pain because of my wound in the anal canal. I have taken many allopathic homeopathic and ayurvedic medicines but none have worked.
