My sister recently had a CRP test, and her results showed a value of 11 to 12 mg/L, which the report mentions as highly positive. I started researching CRP levels online and became very worried, as I read that CRP above 4 mg/L can be associated with serious conditions like heart disease and cancer. My sister has a 4 month old baby, and her doctor has recommended one tablet to help reduce the CRP level, but mentioned that it may alter the taste of her breast milk. Could you please advise what should be done to safely reduce her CRP levels, considering she is breastfeeding? Are there lifestyle or dietary measures that can help lower CRP naturally?

CRP 11 to 12 indicates mild to moderate inflammation, not necessarily cancer or heart disease. Could be due to infection or post pregnancy recovery. Safe medications are available. Follow doctor advice and do not worry.

View allI have had a fever for the past 5 days, around 101F in the morning and night, along with body pain and cough. I have been taking antibiotics and Dolo, but the fever is not going away. My recent blood test shows a C reactive protein (CRP) level of 46. I have attached my report for your review. Could you please check it and advise if something is wrong and what I should do next?

Respected Doctor, For the past 45 to 50 days, I have been experiencing symptoms that felt very different from before, so I consulted a doctor. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and started on medication. Since then, I have been feeling very sleepy, low on energy, and have increased hunger. These symptoms have continued for the last 7 days. Additionally, I noticed that when I wake up, my face appears swollen or enlarged, but it returns to normal after 3 to 4 hours. I informed my doctor about this, and some tests were done. The lab report shows that my TLC is very high. I am concerned because my energy keeps decreasing, my hunger is increasing, and I feel sleepy and moody most of the time. Could you please advise what I should do next? How can I manage or control the high TLC? I have also uploaded my prescription to help you understand my treatment better.

Patchy inflammation in both upper lobes as I was detected covid positive twenty days earlier. Now my report is negative but I still have some heaviness in the chest. CRP is 11.10 and IL6 is 23.58. Should I go for steroids as suggested by doctors or should I wait and manage with steaming and turmeric milk. Will I recover on my own?
