I tested positive for COVID 19 on 6th May and started the prescribed medications. My blood reports on 11th May showed CRP 12 mg per L and D Dimer 1.730 mg per L. I began steroids (Medrol) in a tapering dose schedule, and my 16th May report showed CRP 1.62 mg per L and D Dimer 0.04 mg per L. I am currently on the second dose of steroids and have no symptoms. I am continuing the steroid course and would like advice on how to safely boost my immunity.

Your CRP and D dimer improved, good response. Now reduce steroids as prescribed. For immunity, take vitamin C, D3, zinc, and a balanced diet. Gradual taper is important to prevent adrenal suppression.

Take a CBC+ESR Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test
