I want to know if my 9 month old baby urine report is normal or not. Should I be concerned and consult a doctor? The report shows pus cells 15 to 20 per HPF, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per HPF, reaction 7.6, specific gravity 1015, leukocytes, and ketone negative.

This suggests a urinary tract infection. Consult your pediatrician for appropriate antibiotic treatment and follow up. Timely care can prevent kidney issues.
