The doctor suggested Cranpac D and Citralka for me, and my wife took Niftas 100 along with several other medications to eliminate bacteria. A few days ago, I started having back pain, and although I did not have typical urinary symptoms, I experienced a burning sensation at the tip of my urine. After a few days, my wife developed painful urination. We both started taking Niftas and Urispas. My wife is feeling better now, but I am experiencing pain in my testicles and pelvic area, like a pulling sensation. The pain is bearable, but I need help to completely get rid of this.
I have decided to avoid sexual activity for now, and we both want proper treatment. Please advise on how we can effectively treat this condition.

Hello Doctor, My husband got 8 to 10 per high power field epithelial cells in his urine test. He had appendicitis three years ago. He is now getting pain in the lower abdomen. Please tell me, is this a serious condition or is it okay?

8 to 10 epithelial cells in urine could mean a mild infection or unclean sample. Lower abdominal pain may suggest UTI or post surgery adhesions (since he had appendicitis). Do a Urine Culture and Ultrasound to rule out deeper causes.
