I was blowing my nose and I noticed something blocking my nostrils. When I checked, it looked like a piece of flesh and Im thinking it might be nasal polyps. Its really close to my external nostril. Should I be worried? What should I do next?

View allI'm really worried because for almost two years now, it feels like a lot of mucus is just building up in my mouth and throat, and it's like I constantly have to clear my throat. But lately, the past month or so, I've been feeling this burning sensation down my throat, especially when I breathe, and it's super bothersome. My throat and chest also feel really congested. I haven't had a fever, but it's been going on for so long now. What could be causing this?
ENT opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm doing gargling and taking steam every day. Today, I had my COVID-19 test because my parents tested positive. I don't have any symptoms, but about an hour after the test, I started spitting blood mixed with saliva, and it happened about ten times. Could this be because of the throat swab test since they took my sample from the throat?
Yes that could be due to throat swab test no need to worry you can ignore it,consume warm food aand maintain healthy life style

I took a pudin hara pearl and it ended up getting stuck in my throat, bursting possibly because of dryness. After feeling an intense peppermint sensation in my throat and nose, I'm left with this roughness and dryness, feeling like there's something still there. What should I do about this?
For a running nose, consider trying: Tablets: 1. Loratadine (Claritin) - non-drowsy, 24-hour relief 2. Cetirizine (Zyrtec) - fast-acting, 24-hour relief 3. Fexofenadine (Allegra) - non-drowsy, 24-hour relief Nasal Sprays (milder than Otrivin): 1. Azelastine (Astelin) 2. Oxymetazoline (Afrin) - use for only 3-5 days Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any new medication, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or take other medications.
