Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction is mild and usually not serious. If you feel well, it often does not need treatment. Low blood pressure is also normal for many people unless it causes symptoms. Since your LDL and triglycerides are high, a healthy diet, exercise, and regular monitoring will help.

I am a CAD patient for the past 2 years. My recent lipid profile shows triglycerides of 256 mg/dL, while other values are in the normal range.
