I was diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, and my blood pressure has generally been low for the last several years. Does this have any serious cause? My LDL and triglyceride levels are also above the normal range.

Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction is mild and usually not serious. If you feel well, it often does not need treatment. Low blood pressure is also normal for many people unless it causes symptoms. Since your LDL and triglycerides are high, a healthy diet, exercise, and regular monitoring will help.
