I was diagnosed with a medial meniscus tear on an MRI about a month and a half ago and still can't bend my knee fully. It hurts when I stand or walk is there a chance it could heal without surgery? What should I do to stay safe and help it recover?

Medial meniscus tear may heal with physiotherapy and rest if small;surgery is needed for mechanical symptoms or persistent movement limitations.

View allI've been dealing with AVN in my hip at stage 3 for over a year now and have seen an orthopedic doctor, but there's no improvement. They're suggesting a hip replacement, but I'm not too keen on surgery. Are there any other treatment options I could try?
It is very difficult to get away from AVN and avoid surgery. Ultimately you will need surgery for sure. You can post your MRI pictures

I'm dealing with a bit of an issue with my finger after catching a cricket ball. My x-ray came back normal, but there's still a little pain. I also feel some movement in the proximal phalange when I press on the joint. Should I be worried about this, or will it heal on its own? Any idea how long it might take to recover?
if the xray Is normal, then there might be a soft tissue injury. take rest and apply a ice pack. take a pain killer. it will be alright within a few days. regards

I've been having this chest pain ever since I fell a couple of days ago. It hurts when I move or do things like cough or sneeze, and I can't seem to find a comfortable position to sleep on either side. Should I be worried about this, and do you think I should get it checked out?
Ecg,cardiac markers and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.
