My doctor said I have a fracture in my ankle and foot and recommended surgery, warning that without it there's a 30-35% chance of developing arthritis. I'm not sure what to do should I go ahead with the surgery or are there other options?

If surgery is recommended due to the risk of arthritis, it’s worth considering to prevent long-term complications. Consult a second opinion if unsure about the surgery or explore non-surgical alternatives like a cast or brace.

View allI'm only 52 inches tall and everyone in my family is taller than me even my siblings and parents. I also have bow legs which make me look even shorter. Are there any treatments like growth hormones or surgery that could help me grow taller and how much would they cost? I've been feeling really hopeless about this and don't know which doctor to see for help
Height gain is limited after puberty; limb-lengthening surgery is complex and costly—orthopedic consult needed.

Is it safe to delay ACL surgery for 6 months because I have police training starting next month and don't want to miss it? What are the risks if I wait that long?
The more you can delay is six months. The time between ACL injury and surgery should be a minimum of one to two months. This is because around five to six months you will notice that you are no longer in a position to even walk and lift your legs. This will see you easily drag you to the orthopedic doctor for surgery

Can knock knees be fixed without surgery and what are the best home exercises to correct them I'm worried about my condition and want to know if natural treatments actually work
Yes, knock knees can be fixed by doing exercises that strengthen the muscles around the hips, thighs, and knees. These exercises, such as wall squats, leg raises and lying abduction, can help correct the alignment by improving muscle balance and joint stability.
