I'm 21 and have bow legs with a 4-inch gap between my knees. There's no pain when I walk and my walking seems normal. Are there any non-surgical ways to fix or improve this condition?

Bow legs is a structural problem that affects the shape of the bone and must be addressed fundamentally. Surgical correction is the only way to permanently straighten bow legs. The surgery needed depends on the age of the patient and on the severity of the bowing.

I'm 60 but active and healthy with no diabetes or BP issues. Had an accident 6 months ago complete MCL tear, partial PCL tear, and horizontal meniscus tear. Doctors are split on whether I should get reconstruction, augmentation, and meniscus repair surgery because of my age. Is arthroscopy or keyhole surgery worth it at this stage?

Looking for a male attendant nurse for my 49-year-old uncle who's having hip bone surgery soon. He won't be able to walk and might need bed rest for a few months. We're in Uttarahalli, Bangalore any recommendations on where to find reliable care or what to look for in a good attendant nurse for post-surgery recovery
Apollo is best for it.
