I was treated for H. pylori infection and am currently on medication from your clinic. However, I am experiencing poor digestion and low energy after meals. I did an LFT test, and my ALT and AST levels are high. I have attached the report here. Please advise on the next steps and management.

Liver enzymes may be elevated due to medication or fatty liver. Consider liver protective diet, repeat test post treatment.

View allI am a non alcoholic and non smoker, but my recent blood report shows elevated SGPT, SGOT, and GGT, along with high cholesterol levels. My doctor has prescribed ROZAT 10 mg and EVION 400. Could you please advise on dietary measures to help reduce these liver enzymes and cholesterol? Are there specific foods or fruits that would be beneficial? I have attached my report for reference.

I recently received my blood test report, which shows elevated liver enzymes, SGPT is 91.0 U/L and SGOT is 51.0 U/L. I would like to know what could be causing this, whether it is risky for my health, and how I can reduce these levels safely. Please suggest what steps I should take.
