I went to an ENT who found nasal polyps on my right side and suggested endoscopy surgery but I read that polyps can come back and ayurvedic treatments like nasya might help Should I try ayurveda first or is surgery the better option to get rid of them for good

View allI'm dealing with positional vertigo and it's got me wondering, could this turn into something serious down the line? Also, is there a way to completely cure it? My doctor suggested I get a VEMP test done, and I'm not sure how necessary that is. Any insights would be really helpful!

I'm really curious about how nasal congestion might impact oxygen levels in the body. Is it possible that having a stuffy nose could actually reduce how much oxygen my body is getting? I'm a bit worried about this and would love to understand it better.
Yes, nasal congestion can decrease oxygen saturation levels, as it reduces airflow through the nasal passages, leading to reduced oxygen intake, which can cause a drop in oxygen saturation levels, especially in individuals with pre-existing respiratory conditions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or sleep apnea.

I'm really worried because about 6 months ago, I had severe vertigo and unfortunately, it's returning. Back then, I was told it was BPPV and the Epley maneuver worked like magic. But now, I'm getting that dizzy spinning sensation again and there's this weird sound in my left ear. I've already gone through audiometry and a brain MRI, and thankfully, those tests came back normal. I'm stuck and not sure what to do next. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on?
