I went to an ENT who found nasal polyps on my right side and suggested endoscopy surgery but I read that polyps can come back and ayurvedic treatments like nasya might help Should I try ayurveda first or is surgery the better option to get rid of them for good

I was diagnosed with an antrochoanal polyp after a CT scan and my doctor recommended surgery. I'm okay with surgery but I'm curious to know if my polyp is considered big or small since I don't have facial pain and only one nostril is 40% blocked while the other is fine. I've been having pain and occasional wetness in my left ear, and my doctor recommended surgery to close a hole. Is the surgery absolutely necessary or can this be treated with allopathy or homeopathy medicines? Also, I've noticed a slight hearing loss if I go through with the surgery, could the problem come back? What are the chances of success with the surgery?
