I went to a hair treatment clinic for hair fall issues, and they mentioned that three PRP sessions would permanently stop my hair fall. Is that really true, or do I need to keep getting PRP treatments regularly to maintain the hair growth I've gained? I'm a bit worried and just want to get a clear answer.

I'm wondering, how long will it take for this injection to actually boost my vitamin D levels? Should I be taking any supplements in the meantime to help out?
