View allI've had Vitiligo for 23 years and I'm currently taking Tab patchex and using tacrovera solution. I'm really curious about how effective these treatments are. Can you give me some insights?
Tab Patchex contains Pentoxyfylline and is used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It helps in improving blood circulation and reducing inflammation. The usual dosage is 400mg three times a day. Tacrovera solution contains Tacrolimus and is also used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It works by suppressing the immune system in the skin. The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer on the affected skin twice daily. Both these medications have shown effectiveness in treating Vitiligo, but individual responses may vary. It is important to continue using them as prescribed by your doctor for the best results.

I've just used Veet hair removal cream around my anus and immediately after washing it off with aloe vera soap, I felt a burning sensation. Now I've got these rashes and red itchy bumps. I'm really worried about it. How can I clear this up?
You are experiencing an allergic reaction to the hair removal cream. To help clear the rash and itching, you can try using a mild hydrocortisone cream like Cortaid. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Benadryl to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid using any harsh soaps or products on the affected area. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
