If the retina of my eye is out of position and I have very high power eyesight with a cylindrical number, can LASIK surgery still fix my vision properly

I'm 25 with a 0.50 CYL and 180-degree axis in my right eye and 1.25 CYL with the same axis in my left eye. Would LASIK surgery on the left eye help me achieve 66 vision or is that unrealistic?
What's your vision with glasses at present? Or just send me ur current glass prescription.
