Im 16 and weigh around 65 kg. I just got my regular health checkup done, and it turns out my SGPT and SGOT levels are at 105 and 64. Im kinda freaking out about it. Plus, they said Ive got a slight Vitamin D deficiency. What should I do? Is this something serious I need to worry about?

View allI've been getting these sharp, quick pains in my lower chest, kinda like a prick behind my rib near the chest area. I've gone through a whole bunch of tests like the treadmill test, ECG, coronary calcium scoring, and lots of blood tests for heart stuff. Also did an endoscopy and got tests on urine, serum, stool, and more blood work, but nothing's been pinpointed by the doctor yet. I'm on Telma 80mg after breakfast for my BP, which is 13590, and Pantocid 40mg on an empty stomach before breakfast. I've been taking these for two months, but the pain still comes and goes, though a bit less often after meals and pops up randomly through the day. Could you give me some guidance on what this might be or what I should do next?
-It sounds like youve undergone thorough testing, and it's good to know that nothing major has been detected. The pain you're experiencing could be related to acid reflux or muscle strain, especially since it's worse after eating. If the pain persists

I've been having this pain on the right side of my abdomen for about a week. At first, I thought it might just be gas pains and noticed I've been a bit constipated, so I took some stool softeners. But now, my stool has turned a light clay color. I read somewhere that this could be linked to gallstones. I tried to find out if the stool color change might be due to the stool softeners, but I couldn't find much information. Should I be worried and see a doctor right away, or should I wait to see if it continues?
Light clay-colored stool can indicate several possibilities: Common Causes 1. Stool softeners (as you suspected) 2. Malabsorption (e.g., lactose intolerance, celiac disease) 3. Bile duct obstruction (unlikely with stool softeners) 4. Gastrointestinal infections (e.g., giardiasis) 5. Medication side effects (e.g., antibiotics, antacids) When to Seek Medical Attention 1. Persistent or worsening abdominal pain 2. Diarrhea or vomiting 3. Blood in stool or vomit 4. Fever above 101.5F (38.6C) 5. Significant weight loss 6. Persistent clay-colored stool beyond 2 weeks SELF CARE 1. Continue stool softeners only if prescribed. 2. Monitor stool color, consistency, and frequency. 3. Maintain a balanced diet. 4. Stay hydrated.

I'm really worried because I've just been diagnosed with a grade 2 fatty liver and my sgpt is at 70.05. I've started feeling a dull abdominal pain, and even though I've cut out oily junk food and now walk about 3-4 kms daily, I'm struggling to get a good night's sleep, probably because of stress. Lately, I've noticed that after eating cabbage sabji for dinner, I can smell cabbage in my stool the next day. Could this mean something, or am I just overthinking it? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Its great that youve made positive changes like walking and avoiding oily foods. Fatty liver can cause mild discomfort, and stress might be affecting your sleep. The cabbage smell in your stool is likely due to digestion, which is normal, but if the pain persists or worsens, I recommend consulting your doctor for further guidance. Managing stress and improving sleep quality can also help with your overall health.
