I'm 17 and I've been worrying about my height lately. I'm around 5 feet 9 inches, but all my friends seem taller, like around 5ft 10 to 6ft. I kinda stopped getting taller when I was 14. I do lift weights, though nothing too intense. Is there anything I could do to possibly grow a couple more inches? I'd love to hit around 5 feet 11 or even 6 feet. Any advice would be great.

5 ft 9 inches is not an abnormal height for a 17 year old male. You will continue to gain height for a few more years. Train yourself to maintain good posture, eat a healthy diet and try to include more vertical exercises during your workouts such as basketball, hanging bars and yoga. Modify your diet to include multivitamins and minerals to boost your growth hormone levels.

I recently found out that I have a thyroid issue, and my TSH level is 89.90. My doctor advised me to take 50 MCG of Thyronorm every morning, just one tablet a day. I'm really concerned about whether this is the right treatment for me. Also, I have a 7-month-old baby, and I'm worried if it's safe for me to take Thyronorm while nursing. Is my condition something I should be seriously worried about, or is there another treatment option that might be better? I'm 28 years old and would really appreciate some guidance.
