I'm a 17-year-old guy and my height is 5'6". It hasn't really gone up much in the last couple of years and I'm eager to grow taller. What kind of things could I do to help increase my height?

I've been noticing that I'm sighing a lot, like every 5 to 10 minutes I'm taking a deep breath. Occasionally I can't seem to get a full deep breath. This started about 4 days ago and it's got me a bit worried. I don't have any chest pain, and my normal breathing is fine.
