I'm 17 with an eye power of 13 in both eyes - will I be eligible for LASIK, ICL, or other vision correction surgeries when I'm older? My vision's pretty bad and I'm worried about whether these procedures would work for me in the future

One of my eyelids is more droopy than the other and it's been like this since birth. Are there any non-surgical ways to even them out or make them look more symmetrical? It's something I've always been self-conscious about.

My eye power is -9 and -10 and still increasing. Which LASIK surgery would be the best option for me given my high prescription? I'm a bit worried about stability since my vision keeps changing.
