I'm a 17-year-old guy and I've noticed that my scalp is becoming visible through my hair, which is really worrying me. Living in Ajman, UAE, I suspect the shower water might be affecting my hair because I've heard its not great. I started using oil, hoping it might help, but I'm not seeing much of an improvement. Are there any home treatments or remedies you could recommend for hair issues like this?

View allI've been using Minoxidil for four months now, following my dermatologist's advice, but I'm thinking about stopping it. I'm 21 years old and a bit concerned about what might happen if I do. What should I expect? Will there be any side effects or hair loss? Is it safe to just quit Minoxidil after this period?
Ask dermatologist for wheaning off ,do not stop it abruptly

I've been using Cosmolite cream for the past three years, but I've noticed that since I've stopped, the skin around my mouth and eyes has turned darker. I'm pretty worried about this change. Could you give me some advice on how to get my natural skin tone back in those areas? Any suggestions or treatments you could recommend would be really appreciated.
The darkening of skin around your mouth and eyes after stopping Cosmolite cream suggests rebound hyperpigmentation or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH); to recover, try: applying sunscreen with SPF 30+ daily, using topical creams containing niacinamide, vitamin C, or kojic acid, and exfoliating gently with alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs); consult a dermatologist for personalized guidance and potential prescription-strength treatments.
