I'm 18 and 165 cm, and I'm really hoping to grow taller. I've been doing a lot of exercises but haven't noticed any changes yet. Has my growth stopped, or might I still see some improvement over time? Can any supplements or calcium pills help with this? Please let me know.

PCOS Treatment: Ovral G and HCG Shot
Ovral G:
- Hormonal regulation: Ovral G contains estrogen and progestin, which help regulate hormonal imbalances associated with PCOS.
- Inducing menstruation: Ovral G is often prescribed to induce menstruation in women with PCOS who experience irregular periods.
- Preparing the uterus: The medication helps prepare the uterus for a potential pregnancy by thickening the uterine lining.
Why take Ovral G at the same time every day:
- Maintaining hormonal balance: Taking Ovral G at the same time daily helps maintain a consistent hormonal balance in the body.
- Regulating menstrual cycle: Consistent timing helps regulate the menstrual cycle and induce menstruation.
HCG Shot and Duphaston:
- Ovulation induction: The HCG shot (10,000 IU) was likely administered to induce ovulation.
- Luteal phase support: Duphaston (a progestin) was probably prescribed to support the luteal phase and prepare the uterus for implantation.
Next steps:
- Follow your doctor's instructions: Continue taking Ovral G as directed and attend follow-up appointments to monitor your progress.
- Track your symptoms and cycle: Keep a record of your menstrual cycle, symptoms, and any changes to discuss with your doctor.

I'm a bit confused about my vitamin tests. My doctor asked me to get a Vitamin D3 test, but the blood testing apps I use only have this test called Vitamin D total. Are they the same thing, or do they measure different aspects of vitamin D? I want to make sure I'm getting the right test done.
both are almost same for evaluation

Am a bit worried, I'm an 18-year-old with a vitamin D level of 12 and my doctor says I need to get the arachitol injection. I've heard it's really painful, and I'm honestly scared about getting it. Is there any way to make this less uncomfortable or maybe avoid the shot altogether?
Yes you have to take the injection,if you are really scared and you have no signs and symptoms of vitamin d deficiency you can opt for tablets as well like VIT D 60K weekly once and CALCIUM 500mg once daily
