Im 18 and I've got a question that's been really bothering me. I often masturbate and once this thought hit me: if I accidentally swallow my own sperm, can that give me STDs like AIDS? I've never had sex before, so Im still a virgin. And what about someone who's sexually activeif they swallow their own sperm and have bleeding gums or something, could they get AIDS that way? This whole idea is kind of stressing me out.

It's understandable to feel concerned, but swallowing your own sperm does not transmit HIV or other STDs. HIV is primarily spread through direct contact with infected bodily fluids during unprotected sex, sharing needles, or from mother to child. Bleeding gums or mouth sores can increase the risk of transmission in sexual situations, but this is not a concern with your scenario. If you're feeling distressed, it may help to talk to a healthcare provider for further support.

I've been dealing with some issues since I was diagnosed with a kidney stone about 10 days ago. I took Tamsin medicine on the night of January 28th, and the next morning, I fainted and had really low blood pressure, like 9060. Since then, my systolic blood pressure's been high, between 140-160, even though I stopped taking the medicine. Its concerning because I also get numbness in my arms sometimes. Could you help me figure out whats going on? Here are some of my blood pressure readings: On January 29th, at 9 am it was 9060, then 16080 at 11 am and 3 pm, and 15080 at 7 pm. On January 30th, it was 13080 at 10 am and 15080 at 8 pm. Then on January 31st, it was 12480 at 9:30 am, and on February 2nd, it was 14080 at 4:30 pm. What should I do?

It seems like you may have experienced a side effect from the Tamsulosin medication, which is commonly used for kidney stones but can sometimes cause low blood pressure and dizziness. Since you have already stopped the Tamsulosin, but are still experiencing high blood pressure and numbness in your arms, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management. In the meantime, you can try to manage your blood pressure by making lifestyle changes such as reducing salt intake, exercising regularly, and managing stress. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention promptly.

It's not really painful or sore, but just unsettling, especially when I press on it; it gets tender. I'm generally healthy at 28, aside from this weird sensation. What could be causing this, and should I be worried? Looking forward to your advice.

I'm 26 and I've been masturbating regularly since I was 16. Lately, I've noticed that my penis seems smaller and it won't get erect unless I'm watching porn or engaging in phone sex. I'm really worried about this and I'm not sure what to do. Could this be a real problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

It's common to develop certain habits like relying on porn or phone sex for arousal, which can affect natural stimulation. This doesn't mean permanent damage. Try reducing reliance on porn gradually, focus on healthy lifestyle changes, and consult a doctor or therapist for personalized guidance to address concerns about erectile health and confidence.
