I'm an 18-year-old guy and I've got this really tight foreskin, like phimosis or something. I can't pull it back when Im hard and not even when Im soft. It moves a little but stops when the opening gets to about a centimeter. Trying to move it further hurts a lot, so stretching it seems impossible. I've never had sex, and Im worried about how this might affect things. Is having sex possible with this condition, or am I going to need circumcision? I'm really hoping to avoid that if I can.

View allIm a 23-year-old guy dealing with something unusual lately. My left testicle feels like it's vibrating, and occasionally the right one does too. It started happening the morning after I masturbated the night before. Plus, my left testicle seems a bit softer than the right one. My penis shakes sometimes as well. Its been like this for the past four days. Sometimes everything feels normal, and Im wondering if I should be worried or if this will sort itself out. Any ideas on what might be going on?
Sounds like you may be experiencing some testicular discomfort and changes in sensation. These symptoms could be due to various reasons such as muscle spasms, nerve irritation, or even underlying medical conditions. I recommend you to take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours for pain relief and inflammation. Additionally, you can apply a cold pack to the affected area to help reduce any swelling or discomfort. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

My penis curves to the left at about a 45-degree angle can medicines help straighten it without needing surgery? I'm really worried about this and want to avoid surgery if possible. What options do I have?
If your penis curves to the left at a 45-degree angle, and you want to avoid surgery, you have several nonsurgical treatment options, including medications and devices. Medications like collagenase and verapamil, when injected into the penis, can help break down scar tissue and improve the curve. Traction devices, like vacuum erection devices or penile traction devices, can also help straighten the penis over time by gently stretching it.

I'm 28 and worried about my penis size both length and girth seem smaller than average. Could this be a medical issue that needs surgery or just a consultation? I also smoke and drink regularly could that be affecting things?
nothing to worry ,it is physiological process.
