I'm 28 and worried about my penis size both length and girth seem smaller than average. Could this be a medical issue that needs surgery or just a consultation? I also smoke and drink regularly could that be affecting things?

My mom is about to turn 63 and has been having trouble with her urine flow it stops and starts repeatedly, with only small amounts coming out each time. Could this be a serious issue or just a mild infection? Would she need medication or possibly surgery to fix this?

Urinary flow issues in older adults can be a sign of a urinary tract infection or a more serious condition like bladder dysfunction. Medications may help, but if it’s persistent, further tests and possible treatment (including surgery) might be necessary.

I've been dealing with kidney stones that are 5mm in size in both of my kidneys, and it's really starting to worry me. The scan showed some obstruction in my right ureter, but the docs couldn't actually spot the stone there. What should I do next, and is this something I should be really concerned about? How can they not find the stone if its causing a blockage? I'm just trying to figure out what my options are and how serious this might be. Any advice would be great.

Im a 23-year-old guy dealing with something unusual lately. My left testicle feels like it's vibrating, and occasionally the right one does too. It started happening the morning after I masturbated the night before. Plus, my left testicle seems a bit softer than the right one. My penis shakes sometimes as well. Its been like this for the past four days. Sometimes everything feels normal, and Im wondering if I should be worried or if this will sort itself out. Any ideas on what might be going on?

Sounds like you may be experiencing some testicular discomfort and changes in sensation. These symptoms could be due to various reasons such as muscle spasms, nerve irritation, or even underlying medical conditions. I recommend you to take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours for pain relief and inflammation. Additionally, you can apply a cold pack to the affected area to help reduce any swelling or discomfort. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
