I'm 18 years old, 165 cm tall, and weigh 76 kg. Really want to increase my height is it still possible at my age? What kind of exercises or diet would help? Also wondering if losing weight could make me taller since I'm overweight. Another concern is that I barely have any facial hair is that related? Looking for natural ways, no surgery. What do you suggest?

While significant height increase after 18 is unlikely due to growth plate closure, some measures can help you improve your posture and potentially increase your perceived height. Losing weight can also improve posture and make you appear taller, but it won't directly change your height. Facial hair growth is primarily influenced by genetics and hormones, not height

View allI'm a bit confused about some medical stuff. So, in the context of a COVID test, what exactly does the target gene CT value mean? Like, if someone has a CT value of 17.5, is that considered low or high? Also, if a person has thyroid issues, do the medicines change if they get COVID?
The target gene CT value in a COVID-19 test represents the number of cycles needed to detect the virus's genetic material, with lower values (e.g., 17.5) indicating a higher viral load, while higher values suggest a lower viral load or potential false positive; regarding thyroid conditions, COVID-19 treatment does not typically involve thyroid medications, but underlying thyroid conditions may require adjustments to existing medications or additional supportive care.

I'm feeling kind of worried because my face has been really warm for a few days now. It's not turning red or anything, and there's no flashing, but it's really uncomfortable. I also noticed my body's warm too, but I don't have a fever or sweating. What could be causing this?
