I'm 19 and have bilateral varicocele measuring 2.2 mm and 2.6 mm but I think it's getting bigger. I get occasional scrotal pain, no erections, and see a bunch of veins there. I don't want surgery because it might come back. Can homeopathy really help cure varicocele? What other options do I have?

Possible side effects of urethral stricture surgery include complications like infection, bleeding, difficulty urinating, and recurrence of the stricture, as well as potential nerve damage leading to erectile dysfunction or pain. my foreskin is really tight at the tip and it's causing discomfort is there any treatment for phimosis other than surgery what options do i have
Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin can't be pulled back from the head of the penis. It's normal in babies and small children, and they usually grow out of it. It can also be caused by infections, scar tissue, and skin diseases, and may need to be treated with steroid cream or surgery
