I'm 19 and have bilateral varicocele measuring 2.2 mm and 2.6 mm but I think it's getting bigger. I get occasional scrotal pain, no erections, and see a bunch of veins there. I don't want surgery because it might come back. Can homeopathy really help cure varicocele? What other options do I have?

View allMy ultrasound showed grade 5 and grade 2 varicocele in both testicles. The doctors are saying surgery might be the only option is that really the case? Are there other treatments I could try first? I'm a bit worried about what this means for my fertility and overall health. What would you recommend?
Grade 5 varicocele should be managed by microsurgical varicocolectomy Good success rate with very few complications Also can be done as day care surgery
