I've been experiencing some tender pain at the top of my left testicle, and sometimes it even seems like the shape of it isn't quite round. Walking or touching that area makes the pain worse. I'm not sure if I should see a gynecologist or if a general physician would be the right person to talk to. What do you think I should do?

You should consult a urologist, not a gynecologist, as they specialize in male reproductive health; a general physician can provide an initial evaluation, but a urologist is better equipped to diagnose and treat potential issues like epididymitis, orchitis, testicular torsion, or varicocele; schedule an appointment to discuss your symptoms and undergo a physical examination to determine the cause of the pain and abnormal testicular shape.

View allI've been experiencing these on-and-off vibrations in my penis for the past couple of days, and it's never happened before. Is this something I should be worried about? What do you think I should do?
Intermittent vibrations in the penis could be due to various reasons such as nerve issues, muscle spasms, or even psychological factors. It is important to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

Are bananas good for urinary tract infections (UTIs)?
Bananas and other fiber-rich foods are indeed good for preventing urinary tract infections. They aid proper bowel movement, which helps keep pressure off of the urinary tract. So urine flow is unobstructed, ensuring that bacteria build-up does not happen.

I'm curious about whether masturbating twice a week would cause a significant calorie loss. Also, does it have any impact on different parts of the body?
Masturbating twice a week burns about 20-30 calories per session. It's generally not harmful and doesn't significantly affect the body, though it can lead to temporary fatigue or muscle soreness in some people. As long as it's balanced with a healthy lifestyle, it's unlikely to cause any long-term issues.
