I'm getting this weird stomach pain, especially on the lower left side, whenever I wear a belt or tight pants. It's uncomfortable, and if I'm wearing loose pajamas or shorts, the pain doesn't happen. Sometimes there's even a bit of discomfort in the testicle area. This has been going on for a while now, and I'm starting to wonder if it's something I should see a doctor about, or if it might just go away on its own. Any ideas or advice?

It sounds like you might be experiencing pressure-related discomfort, possibly due to a hernia, nerve irritation, or another underlying issue. It's best to consult a doctor to evaluate this, as early treatment can prevent complications. In the meantime, avoid tight clothing.

I masturbate almost every day and I'm wondering if that's okay or if it could be a problem. Im also curious about ways to last longer when ejaculating. If I decide to cut down on how often I masturbate, is it manageable? Is once a day considered normal?
Normal, nothing to worry ok.

Can men with prostate cancer still have sex?
Yes, persons with prostate cancer can have sex. However prostate cancer treatments such as surgery, radiation, hormone therapy can have sexual side effects such as erection issues, trouble in getting orgasm and in fathering children.
