I'm getting this weird stomach pain, especially on the lower left side, whenever I wear a belt or tight pants. It's uncomfortable, and if I'm wearing loose pajamas or shorts, the pain doesn't happen. Sometimes there's even a bit of discomfort in the testicle area. This has been going on for a while now, and I'm starting to wonder if it's something I should see a doctor about, or if it might just go away on its own. Any ideas or advice?

It sounds like you might be experiencing pressure-related discomfort, possibly due to a hernia, nerve irritation, or another underlying issue. It's best to consult a doctor to evaluate this, as early treatment can prevent complications. In the meantime, avoid tight clothing.

I've just turned 17 and I've never really tried masturbating before, but I've had a few instances of night fall, and I'm kind of wondering if that's normal. Is there something wrong with me because of this?
Nightfall, also known as nocturnal emission, is a normal and common occurrence in adolescent males, especially during puberty, and it's not necessarily related to masturbation; as long as you're not experiencing other symptoms like pain, difficulty urinating, or excessive frequency, there's likely no cause for concern, but if you're worried, consider speaking with a healthcare provider or a trusted adult for guidance.
