I'm 19 and recently I've been having some issues that are really worrying me. For the past three months, I haven't been getting any erections or feeling any drive. My testicles also seem to have become soft and smaller, and there's this constant pain that makes it uncomfortable to sit sometimes. Do you have any idea what's going on? I'm really concerned and would love some advice.

I've been masturbating about two or three times a week, and I'm worried if this could lead to impotency. I feel like my penis isn't as big as it was when I was 18, especially when it's flaccid.
