I'm 19 and recently I've been having some issues that are really worrying me. For the past three months, I haven't been getting any erections or feeling any drive. My testicles also seem to have become soft and smaller, and there's this constant pain that makes it uncomfortable to sit sometimes. Do you have any idea what's going on? I'm really concerned and would love some advice.

I'm a bit concerned after a recent ultrasound showed multiple echogenic foci in my right kidney and a small single echogenic foci in my left kidney, ranging from about 3mm to 6mm in size. Does this mean I might have kidney stones, or could it be something else?

I'm really worried because my sperm count has dropped and my penis feels weak. I used to be addicted to drugs but I've stopped now, and I'm not seeing any improvement. What should I do to get my reproductive health back on track?

Congratulations on quitting drugs, a crucial step towards recovery; to address low sperm count and penis weakness, consider consulting a urologist or an andrologist for personalized guidance, and in the meantime, adopt a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, exercising regularly, managing stress, and getting enough sleep, as these changes can help improve fertility and overall sexual health.
