I'm 19 and recently I've been having some issues that are really worrying me. For the past three months, I haven't been getting any erections or feeling any drive. My testicles also seem to have become soft and smaller, and there's this constant pain that makes it uncomfortable to sit sometimes. Do you have any idea what's going on? I'm really concerned and would love some advice.

I'm feeling these strange, faint vibrations in my penis, sort of like the sensation when a phone vibrates, and it's been going on for about three days now. I'm not sure what's causing it and I'm getting a bit concerned. What could be causing this and how do I make it stop?

A healthcare provider may perform a physical exam, ask about your medical history, and potentially order tests like an ultrasound, MRI, or nerve conduction studies to determine the cause. If you're feeling concerned, dont hesitate to get checked out for peace of mind

I've been masturbating about two or three times a week, and I'm worried if this could lead to impotency. I feel like my penis isn't as big as it was when I was 18, especially when it's flaccid. I can see nerves on it and also on the back of my hands. Does this mean Im getting weaker or is it normal? Am I doing it too often? Could this increase my risk of diabetes, because my mom has it?

Diabetes occur through hereditary also but not all the cases, and masturbation does not lead to impotent

My frenulum feels tight when I'm erect but in flaccid state the foreskin moves down fully My doctor said it's frenulum breve and recommended frenuloplasty I'm confused about which option is better stitchless frenuloplasty or the one with stitches What are the pros and cons of each

Frenuloplasty, a procedure to address a tight frenulum (frenulum breve), can be performed with or without stitches. Both stitchless and stitch-based frenuloplasty aim to lengthen the frenulum and allow for normal foreskin retraction.
