I'm a 20-year-old student currently living in a college hostel in Kota, Rajasthan, and I've been dealing with asthma for a while now. Lately, I've been experiencing chest congestion, coughing, cold symptoms, and wheezing, with a tightness in my chest when I breathe. Being at college, I'm looking for some home remedies that are easy to do in a hostel setting. Could you suggest some ways to help manage these asthma symptoms?

View allI'm really struggling with this persistent wet cough and the pain it's causing in my chest. Every time the seasons change, it's the same routine: blocked nose, runny nose, and that horrible itch in my throat that makes me want to cough all the time. I got my X-ray and PFT done, but everything came back normal, which is frustrating because my throat just constantly feels heavy, like it's never clear. I really wish I could solve this for good. Unfortunately, there's no chest specialist in my area. Could you please give me some advice on what I can do?

I'm really struggling with my asthma and sinus issues. My dad has asthma too, so it seems like it's something we're both dealing with. I've been on medication prescribed by my doctor for the last 3 years, like budamate 400 nasal spray and montair 10, but they haven't been helping much. Recently, I went to CMC Vellore, and my doctor there suggested I try budecort 200, fexinase, and lukotas for six months. But despite trying all this, I still get fevers and colds quite frequently, and I recently had a bout of influenza. Now, I'm having chest pain, and it's making breathing feel really heavy. It's like my problem is only getting worse, especially when the weather changes. I avoid cold things, but it doesn't seem to help much. I'm just really curious about whether asthma is ever totally curable because it seems to just keep coming back. What should I do?
Continue all the medications as advised by the physician.

I've been dealing with a cough for 1214 days, and it's probably due to my dust allergy. I visited a doctor last week, and he prescribed Macpod 200, Montek LC, and Rapitus plus syrup. But over the last couple of days, I've developed a fever and I'm feeling really weak. What should I do? Is this something to be worried about?
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
