I'm a 22-year-old female and I've been dealing with thinning hair for the past 2 to 3 years. My scalp is becoming more visible, and just recently, I noticed my frontal hairline seems to be receding. I also happen to be obese and often use heat styling on my hair. I'm really concerned and curious to know if there's a way I can get my hair back to its former state. What can I do to recover my hair?

View allIs there any way to treat or manage macular amyloidosis? I've seen quite a few dermatologists, but they all told me there's no cure, and the medications they gave me didn't seem to help. Could you provide any insight or advice on this?
Unfortunately, there is currently no definitive cure for macular amyloidosis. However, topical treatments such as Tacrolimus ointment can help improve the appearance of the affected skin. You can apply Tacrolimus ointment twice daily to the affected areas as prescribed by your dermatologist. Additionally, phototherapy with Narrowband UVB light may also be beneficial in some cases. It is important to follow your dermatologist's recommendations for the best management of macular amyloidosis.

I'm a bit confused about the difference between Deriva CMS and Clear Gel. My doctor recommended Deriva CMS for my acne scars, but I'm really wondering if it will actually help reduce them. Also, what exactly is Clear Gel used for? Can you help clarify this for me?
Deriva CMS will likely help with acne scars over time by improving skin texture, reducing dark spots, and stimulating collagen production. It may not fully eliminate deep scars, but it should help improve overall appearance. Clear Gel is more suited for treating active acne and will not have much impact on reducing scars.
