I'm really confused about which type of treatment would be best for this constant irritation I'm experiencing. It's mostly affecting the lower bottom area and around my private parts. I'm considering options like allopathy, homeopathy, or unani, but Im worried they might take time. I just want to find something that can help alleviate this discomfort. What do you suggest?

I'm dealing with a lot of hair fall here in Bangalore and I'm wondering if it's because of the hard water. Should I try using alum or fitkari in the water before I wash my hair? Also, I came across something called Mintop Pro and I'm curious if it's helpful. Are there any side effects I should know about? Would it be a good idea to start using Mintop Pro?

don't use for long time

Can you help me out with something? Last year, I got the full anti-rabies vaccine cycle and anti-tetanus shot because of a cat scratch. But last month, I ended up getting two booster shots after a kitten scratched me and I got bitten by a dog. Now, my cat bit me since I accidentally stepped on her tail and my wound started bleeding. Do you think I need another booster shot for this?

Since you had a recent cat bite and your wound bled, it is advisable to take another booster shot for rabies. You can take the Rabipur vaccine with a dosage of 1 mL on day 0, 3, 7, 14, and 28. Additionally, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management of your wound.
