I tried using a Himalaya face pack and about an hour later, my face started itching and then developed rashes. What could be causing this reaction, and should I be concerned? Is there something I can do to soothe the itching and get rid of the rashes?

I've got this really painful issue down there. I had a skin tag and someone suggested I use garlic paste on it. But now, my anus and the area around it are badly burned, and it's super painful.
