I've been dealing with this constant itching all over my body for the past couple of weeks. The weird part is that when I itch, my skin starts to swell up and I get these temporary rashes, especially on my back. I'm a bit worried and not sure what's causing it, and I can't get to a good dermatologist right now. Do you have any idea what this might be or what I can do in the meantime?

I'm noticing a lot of new baby hairs coming in, but the thing is, they're greyish white. It's kinda stressing me out. As I'm a pure vegetarian, are there any specific behaviors or diet tweaks I should be making to help with this?

Seeing greywhite baby hairs can be concerning, but it is a natural part of the aging process. To help maintain healthy hair color, as a pure vegetarian, you can focus on including foods rich in copper, iron, zinc, and B vitamins in your diet. Some dietary recommendations include consuming foods like lentils, nuts, seeds, whole grains, leafy green vegetables, and fruits such as berries and citrus fruits. Additionally, you can consider taking a Biotin supplement to support hair health. A balanced diet, adequate hydration, and managing stress levels can also contribute to overall hair health.
