I've been dealing with this constant itching all over my body for the past couple of weeks. The weird part is that when I itch, my skin starts to swell up and I get these temporary rashes, especially on my back. I'm a bit worried and not sure what's causing it, and I can't get to a good dermatologist right now. Do you have any idea what this might be or what I can do in the meantime?

My face is totally covered with blackheads and whiteheads, except on my forehead. I scrub twice every day because otherwise I feel too self-conscious to go out. I've tried tons of dermatological products, including the PERNEX my last dermatologist suggested, but nothing has worked. Do you know anything that might actually help? I'm feeling really frustrated about this situation.

It sounds like you have tried various dermatological products without success. In this case, you can try using a topical retinoid cream such as Differin (adapalene) gel. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas once daily at night. Additionally, you can use a salicylic acid cleanser like Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. Use it twice daily to help unclog pores and prevent new blackheads and whiteheads from forming. Remember to moisturize your skin as retinoids can be drying. Be patient as it may take a few weeks to see improvement.

I might have chlamydia or hemorrhoids because I've noticed a lump near my anus. There's also a cluster of acne-like bumps without any pus, almost like muscle growth. I'm really worried. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of hemorrhoids, which are swollen veins in the rectum and anus that can cause discomfort and a lump near the anus. To help with the symptoms, you can try using over-the-counter medications such as Preparation H (hydrocortisone) cream to reduce swelling and discomfort. It is important to keep the area clean and dry, and to avoid straining during bowel movements. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.
