I'm noticing these itchy, red bumps on my neck, and they're clustered together like bites. I'm really wondering what might have caused them. Could it be an allergic reaction or maybe something else?

Ive been dealing with this issue where the skin around my nose and chin is darker than the rest of my face. I even spoke to a dermatologist about it and tried the medicines and skin peeling methods they recommended, but they only seem to work as long as I keep using them. As soon as I stop, the darkness comes back. The rest of my face is much fairer in comparison. How can I get rid of this problem permanently?

While products like niacinamide and vitamin C can be effective, they require consistent use over several months to show noticeable results. Avoid harsh or bleaching agents that promise quick results, as they can cause further irritation and damage.

I'm thinking of using Retino A 0.05 with Deriva CMS to tone it down a bit. Do you think that'll help with the flaking and redness that everyone talks about in the beginning? I'm really worried because I have to go to work and can't be dealing with a peeling face at the office. Could this combo work for me?

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I'm a bit confused about the difference between Deriva CMS and Clear Gel. My doctor recommended Deriva CMS for my acne scars, but I'm really wondering if it will actually help reduce them. Also, what exactly is Clear Gel used for? Can you help clarify this for me?

Deriva CMS will likely help with acne scars over time by improving skin texture, reducing dark spots, and stimulating collagen production. It may not fully eliminate deep scars, but it should help improve overall appearance. Clear Gel is more suited for treating active acne and will not have much impact on reducing scars.
