I'm noticing these itchy, red bumps on my neck, and they're clustered together like bites. I'm really wondering what might have caused them. Could it be an allergic reaction or maybe something else?

I've been experiencing some really uncomfortable itching between my legs, near my private area. It started a few days ago and has spread a bit. I'm using Cipla 8x shampoo and it's been great for my dandruff and hair fall for months, but now, all of a sudden, my hair is starting to fall again. I've been using it twice a week for nearly 8 months. Could the shampoo be losing its effectiveness with regular use? Or is using it twice a week too much? What should I do?
