I'm a 22-year-old male, and I've recently noticed that my nipples are puffy. When I press them, I can feel a lot of lumps underneathsome are small, some are big, flat, or even pointed, and they're quite painful. Should I be worried about this? Is there something specific I should do or look out for?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called gynecomastia, which is the swelling of breast tissue in boys or men caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. In your case, the presence of painful lumps in both nipples could indicate a more severe form of gynecomastia. I recommend you to take Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for pain relief and to reduce inflammation. Additionally, you can use a topical pain relief gel like Voltaren gel on the affected area. However, it is important to consult with a doctor for further evaluation and management of your condition.

View allI'm a 22-year-old girl and I'm really concerned about my height. Is it still possible for me to grow taller at this age? Can you give me some advice or tips on what I might be able to do?
Increasing height at the age of 22 is difficult as the growth plates in your bones have likely fused. However, you can still improve your posture and overall bone health. You can take supplements like Shelcal HD (Calcium and Vitamin D) to support bone health. Additionally, regular exercise and a balanced diet rich in proteins and vitamins can help maintain overall health.

Which diabetes is more dangerous? Type 1 or type 2?
The main thing to remember is that both are as serious as each other. Having high blood glucose (or sugar) levels can lead to serious health complications.

I'm really worried because during a recent medical check-up, they found nodules about 1-1.5 cm on my thyroid. I honestly don't feel like I have any health issues and have checked my thyroid reports twice and everything, including TCH, is normal. I'm feeling really anxious about this. What could this mean? What should I do next?
