Im 23 and I've noticed I have white hair and some bald patches. I'm really hoping to regrow hair in these bald areas and also turn my white hair back to black. Do you think Indulekha hair oil could help with that? I'm pretty concerned about these changes at such a young age. What would you suggest?

Indulekha hair oil may help promote hair growth and reduce dandruff, but its effectiveness in regrowing hair on balding areas and reversing white hair to black is largely anecdotal and not scientifically proven; for noticeable results

View allI'm a 25-year-old guy, and I've noticed that around 10 or 15 of my underarm hairs on one side have turned white all of a sudden. Is this something I should be worried about? It seems really strange to me. Why did only a few hairs change color, and why on just one side? Could there be an underlying reason for this?

I'm dealing with dandruff and noticed my hair's been thinning since I was 23. It's getting pretty thin now. Is it okay for me to try using a derma roller on my scalp even though I've got dandruff?
1. *Infection risk*: Derma rolling can push dandruff flakes and bacteria deeper into the scalp, leading to infections. 2. *Irritation*: Derma rolling can cause micro-injuries, which may exacerbate dandruff irritation and inflammation. *Preparation is Key* Before using a derma roller on dandruff-affected hair: 1. *Treat the dandruff*: Use an anti-dandruff shampoo and scalp treatment for at least 2-3 weeks to reduce flaking and inflammation.
