I'm 24 and dealing with really tight foreskin due to phimosis but I'm scared of surgery. Are there any steroid creams or other non-surgical options that could help loosen it?

I'm a bit concerned about a situation I've been experiencing. Whenever I imagine having sex, my sperm seems to come out without any physical stimulation like rubbing my penis. I'm not married yet, and I'm worried this might create problems for me when I do get married. Could this indicate that Im dealing with some kind of medical issue? What should I do about it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing **premature ejaculation** or **nocturnal emissions** (wet dreams), which are common in many men, especially when experiencing sexual thoughts or fantasies. This isn't typically a sign of any disease but could be related to heightened sexual arousal or stress. If you're concerned or if it affects your daily life, it might be helpful to consult a healthcare professional for further guidance.

I'm 26 and dealing with pain in my left testicle turns out I have grade 1 varicocele after getting a USG. Is there any way to treat this without surgery? The pain gets worse when I have strong sexual urges, stand too long, pass stool, or lift heavy stuff. I just want to get back to my normal pain-free life and start working out again

Yes, there are non-surgical treatments for a grade 1 varicocele that can help manage pain and improve your quality of life. While surgery is the most effective long-term solution, it's not always necessary for mild cases like yours. You can try lifestyle changes and over-the-counter pain relief to manage your symptoms

I had hernia and varicocele surgery on the right side with mesh, but now I'm having pain in a circular area around that spot. Could this be a problem with the mesh or something else I should be worried about?

sx opinion is advised.
