I'm a bit concerned about my grandma's recent urine report. It says there are 15-20 pus cells per high power field. She doesnt really have any other issues, except she sometimes has incontinence. She's on some Ayurvedic treatment for that. What does it mean to have that number of pus cells? Should we be worried?

The normal range of pus cells in the urine is 0-5. Since the report suggests pus cells of 15-20 and bacteria is present, it is suggestive of urinary tract infection(UTI). Ideally you should send the urine for culture so that the most sensitive antibiotics can be used.

I'm really concerned because I've been married for a couple of weeks now and I'm having trouble with intercourse. My erection just doesn't stay firm when I try to enter my partner. It'll start off fine, but then I lose it right at that moment. If I manage to get it up again, the same thing happens.
