I'm a 24-year-old guy with cataract in my left eye, and my doctor recommended surgery but couldn't pinpoint why it happened. I'm confused about which lens to choose for the surgery are there different types based on quality? How do I know what's best for me?

I had ICL surgery 5 years back and lately I've been experiencing really bad dryness in my eyes only at night before bed. I use my laptop for about 9-10 hours daily and tried Refresh tear drops but they don't seem to help much at night. What else can I try to relieve this dryness
Apollo Hospital is best for it.

I had LASIK done a while back but lost my records if I need cataract surgery later, could not having those LASIK details cause problems with my vision or eye health
