I'm 26 and I have this recurring issue where my nose gets blocked whenever there's pollution or if I catch a cold. It's like when one nostril is blocked, the other one decides to join in. I've been relying on Otrinoz nasal drops constantly, and I'm really looking for a more permanent solution. Could you suggest anything that would help me solve this problem for good?

I'm experiencing some pain in my throat that's been going on for about two weeks now. It only hurts when I swallow saliva, but not when I'm eating or drinking anything. The pain seems to come and go, and there's no pain when I move my neck. I don't have a cough or anything, but when I'm distracted or busy, I sometimes don't notice it as much. I'm really concerned and a bit scared that it might be something serious like throat cancer. Could you help me understand what could be causing this?
