I've been clearing my throat for about half an hour pretty rigorously, and now I've noticed a small spot of blood in my spit. There aren't any other issues, but it's got me a bit concerned. Could this be a problem?

View allI've been dealing with this cough for 23 days now, and it's getting really frustrating. I'm coughing up this greenish-yellow mucus, and every single time I cough, I can't breathe and start gagging. On top of that, my nose is super congested, my tonsils are all inflamed, and I've got this really terrible ear pain. What could be going on here? Should I be concerned about this combination of symptoms?

I'm dealing with an annoying issue with my right ear since last night. I keep hearing this pulsing sound, like a heartbeat, and it's constant. Should I be worried about this being something serious?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.
