I'm dealing with this annoying dryness in my throat and mouth every early morning around 4 or 5 am since November. I saw a doctor and had my blood sugar tested through a urine testit was normal. The meds helped for a week, but then the dryness came back. Also, I have this long-term nasal blockage since 2011 after a viral fever. I cant smell much unless my nasal passage clears up or during a cold. Plus, I catch a cold every month or two. I'm confused about who to see for this issue because online it seems like these symptoms could be throat infection, prediabetes, or sinus problems.
