I'm a 26-year-old from Srinagar dealing with obstructive sleep apnea for the past five years. I was negligent at first and didn't take the condition seriously, but when things worsened, I started using a CPAP machine, which has helped. The issue is that I often feel embarrassed when traveling because I have to bring the machine with me. I'm wondering, is CPAP the only treatment option available? Can sleep apnea be reversed? I'd appreciate any guidance you can provide.

View allI'm a bit worried because I've had pleural effusion in my right lung and got it tapped. I've been on treatment for it since May, starting with AKT4 for the first two months and then switching to AKT2 for the next four. It's been four months now, but I still feel a sharp pain in my right lung when I sneeze, hiccup, or yawn. Is this something I should be concerned about? Also, I haven't lost any weight; in fact, I've gained 5 kg since May and weigh 61 kg now. Any advice on what might be going on?
Tab pan d orally for 5 days,before food and syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 5 days is advised to the patient. It is normal adverse effects during ATT therapy.

After getting over COVID-19 and being in the hospital for 5 days, I'm still feeling pretty tired and sometimes I find it hard to catch my breath. Should I think about going back to the hospital, or is it better to just stick with my medication and wait it out?

I've been noticing this weird poopingcracking sensation in my lungs when I'm sitting, and it seems to come and go without any warning. It's been bothering me because I'm not sure what's causing it.
