I'm 26 years old and I've noticed that about 20 of my hairs have turned white. I'm really curious about what's causing this. Can you help me with some solutions or advice on why this might be happening?

I've been using Cadila Skin Shine cream for about 6 months now. At first, it worked wonders on my face, but lately, I've occasionally noticed some irritation and red rashes. I stopped using it a week ago, and now my skin looks much darker than before. What can I do to fix this? I'm really concerned about getting my skin back to its original tone. Any advice would be appreciated!
